What my clients are saying

Laura Levenson at Apex is everything you could hope for in a Realtor—reliable, professional, and so easy to work with. She was quick to respond and always kept us in the loop. Her great communication and friendly approach gave us total confidence throughout. We couldn’t have been happier! So glad our family went with Apex and Laura.

~ Craig Makare

Laura began by developing a clear understanding of my needs and identified several properties that met my needs. She read my feedback on each and the search was adjusted accordingly. I was able to get pre-approved for a mortgage using an excellent lender that she was familiar with. When the right home come on the market, we were in a position to allow me to bid on it quickly. Laura provided a lot of extra effort to ensure that the sale completed without a hitch and helped resolve issues that came up regarding the home inspection. She referred me to excellent resources to facilitate the purchase including an attorney, repair companies and home inspector. I felt supported and informed throughout the process.

Her expertise really came through! I gave my trust to her and she made everything happen! Great job, Laura! I hope you stay busy forever!

Laura Levenson was our agent and she has been very knowledgeable of the current market trends. She was professional in every aspect of the real estate business. She was extremely helpful and straightforward with us on the buy of our home. She responds quickly to texts and calls and makes herself available as soon as a desired house was on the market to view it. She genuinely cared to get to know us and familiarize herself with what we are comfortable with when purchasing our home. I would definitely recommend her to be anyone's future real estate agent! The years of experience in the real estate business hasn't changed the way she dealt with us, her clients, she's approachable, honest, genuine, humble and truthful. We greatly appreciate everything she did for us! Thanks again Laura! Ron Mudge & Monica Nenciu - 2111 Tahoe Pkwy., Algonquin IL

4/4/2020 Laura is the Agent you want! I had not your typical house sale. She came in fully knowledgeable and ready to sell. She took charge of everything, and was very patient and empathetic of my situation. We got what she listed it for after much negotiation. I can’t speak highly enough of her professionalism and work ethic. Will definitely use her when I’m ready to buy again. Reviewed by Tracy Kopp on 4 Apr 2020

Dear Laura, Words cannot begin to express our gratitude for the timeless effort in the short sale of our home. Losing our home was the most horrific experience in our lives. Your patience and understanding and empathy of our situation was a real blessing. I don't know how you did all the nightmare letters, repeated and unending phone calls, and paperwork demands from the bank. I knew every time I phoned you, it would be handled in a professional and respected manner. Our sincere thanks to one "Great Short Sale Agent". You are a shining star in a very sad and gloomy economy. You have made our lives much easier to cope with. 903 Nicholas Dr. Genoa, IL. 60135 Phone (630) 768-6405 Kdappraisals@verizon.net Laura, we really would like to thank you for taking charge of our home buying experience. Everything from the earnest, contract, to the closing table. Having you over for dinner in the house you helped picked out for us was a real joy. By providing just the right amount of motivation and know how, you kept us encouraged through the whole process and the perseverance paid off; We love our neighborhood, the school district is strong and our ‘big blue house with the corner lot’ is perfect! You really have a mind for business, the offer you helped us develop was below ‘market value’ at that time, but turned out to be right on target with the economic swing that followed. We will be in touch with you when it comes time for us to do it again! Thanks for making the purchase of our very first home happen so smooth! Best, Charles and Katie Lang
